4.For improved delivery, addresses ordering from a country or region that has a Eroskit warehouse will be supplied directly by that warehouse. This allows for better delivery times!

Pre-made Garage figures in the US/EU warehouse have a delivery time of 3-7 business days.

Custom Figures Delivery Time: We use air transportation for fast and reliable service, and the global transportation time is around 7-12 days.

The majority of figures are shipped from China. Once they are shipped out, Eroskit will send you a tracking number.

Sometimes buyers from Canada, Europe, etc. who choose standard shipping will encounter a situation where the tracking number shows the package is in an extended period of transit. If you experience this, this is usually why:

Usually, this happens because a lesser-known local Chinese courier is shipping your package internationally. These couriers do not have access to the global courier tracking system. When your product arrives in your country, they will be transferred to the more common couriers such as DHL, fedex, UPS, etc. At this point, you will be able to track progress with your tracking number.   1. If you receive your package and notice it is damaged, take a picture or video immediatelyand refuse to accept its delivery. If you are unfortunate enough to have sign for the package before realizing it was damaged, please contact us ASAP. We will assist you in solving this problem.
  2. Due to various holidays in China and across the world, as well as Earthquake, war and other force majeure, a delay in delivery may be beyond our control. In these situations, we will do our best to help you chase your courier.
